Understand the home dashboard metrics, panels, and navigation.
Home dashboard
The Dashboard page is your operational home screen after sign-in. Everything on this page reflects the last 7 days unless noted otherwise. Use Refresh in the header to reload the numbers.

Sample data shown. Your numbers reflect your account activity for the last 7 days.
KPI cards
Four cards summarize outbound activity and connected channels:

| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Outbound attempts | Every logged send in the last 7 days — successful and failed |
| Delivered | Sends with status sent, with success rate shown below |
| Failed | Sends with status failed or partial, with failure rate below |
| Devices | Total connected WhatsApp devices, WABA numbers, Telegram bots, and email senders |
Outbound attempts is your volume metric. Delivered ÷ Outbound attempts is your delivery rate for the week.
Daily activity
A stacked bar chart shows outbound attempts per day, split by channel:
- WhatsApp (green)
- WABA (green)
- Telegram (blue)
- Email (purple)

Hover or focus a bar to see the day total and per-channel breakdown (for example Jan 2 · 120 total with WA 40 · WABA 30 · TG 20 · Email 30). Click Full statistics → to open Logs → Statistics for Today / 7 / 30 / 90 day windows and the same daily chart at larger range.
By channel
The By channel panel lists each channel with:
- Sends — outbound attempts in the last 7 days for that channel
- Devices or emails — WhatsApp, WABA, and Telegram show device counts; Email shows how many sending addresses you have (labeled email / emails)
Each row is clickable and opens that channel’s setup page (for example Channel → Email → Emails). Progress bars show each channel’s share of total send volume for the week.
Quick links at the bottom open Inbox and Logs → History.
Recent sends
The Recent sends list shows the latest eight outbound messages across all channels: channel, recipient, status, a short preview, and time.

- Email previews show plain text (HTML tags are stripped), similar to Channel → Email → Log.
- Click a row or View all → to open Logs → History.
Live campaigns
Lists campaigns that are active, paused, or scheduled, with sent / pending / failed counts. Click a campaign to open its detail page, or All → for the full list.
Scheduled queue
Shows the next pending scheduled sends (future Send → Schedule jobs). Click Manage → to edit or cancel them.
Shortcuts
One-click links to New send, Campaigns, Schedule, Contacts, Webhooks, and Autoreply.
