What this page is for

Invoices is your full billing history — every order line from Billing → Order, with payment status across WhatsApp, WABA, email, Telegram, and storage. Use it to check whether a transfer was confirmed, find an INV-##### number for support, or jump to Payment for unpaid lines.

Summary cards

Three cards at the top show totals that match your current filters (not only the rows on this page):

Total billedSum of invoice amounts in the filtered set
PaidSum of invoices with status success
PendingSum still awaiting bank transfer verification

When you change Status or Channel, the cards and table refresh together.

Search and filters

The search box matches invoice ID, device number, domain, bot name, plan name, and payment label. Results update after a short pause while you type.

Pagination at the bottom shows how many rows match. Use Previous / Next to move through pages.

Invoice table

Each row is one order line from checkout.

Statuspending, success, cancelled, failed, or rejected
DateWhen the invoice was created

Click any row to open the detail panel.

Invoice detail

The detail panel shows plan-specific fields (device, domain, bot, period, quota) plus Date and Total.

For pending invoices:

Pay nowCloses the panel and opens Payment
Cancel invoiceMarks the invoice cancelled — it leaves Payment and cannot be paid

Paid or cancelled invoices show details only (no pay or cancel actions).

Status meanings

StatusMeaning
pendingAwaiting bank transfer — pay from Payment
successVerified — plan or storage is active
cancelledYou or support cancelled before payment
failed / rejectedOrder could not be fulfilled — check Note or contact support

After success, download the payment PDF from Billing → Receipts if you did not save it from Payment. Credits and expiry on each target follow the rules in Plans and quota.
