Affiliate

Share your referral link, request commission withdrawals, and fix account issues.

Open Billing → Affiliate.

Goal: Give a new customer a signup URL so Kirisan attributes their account to you.

Start when: Billing → Affiliate loads your referral link (you are an active affiliate).

  1. Open Billing → Affiliate.
  2. Find the Referral link card. Click Copy (or select and copy the URL yourself).

  • You should see toast Referral link copied when you use Copy.
  1. Send the link — for example https://dash.kirisan.com/register?ref=YOURCODE — by email, chat, or your website.
  2. Tell the person to register a new Kirisan account through that link. Existing accounts cannot be linked retroactively.

Done when: They complete registration and appear in Referred users on your affiliate page (refresh if needed).


Request a commission withdrawal

Goal: Move available commission balance to your bank account.

Start when: Available on Billing → Affiliate is greater than zero and your account is active (no inactive banner).

  1. Open Billing → Affiliate and scroll to Request withdrawal.
  2. Enter Amount (IDR) — no more than Available.
  3. Fill Bank name, Account number, and Account holder exactly as they appear on your bank account.

  1. Click Submit request.

    • You should see a success toast and a new row in Withdrawal history with status pending.
    • Pending payout increases and Available decreases by the requested amount.

Done when: The request shows pending in Withdrawal history and your available balance updated.


Fix common problems

Symptom: Page shows “Not an affiliate”.

Affiliate access is assigned by Kirisan. Contact support if you were approved but the page is missing or shows this message.

Symptom: Yellow banner — “Your affiliate account is inactive”.

You can still view stats and history, but Submit request is disabled. Contact support to reactivate.

Symptom: Referred user not appearing in Referred users.

  • They must register through your full referral link (/register?ref=YOURCODE), not the plain register URL.
  • Only new signups are attributed — existing accounts cannot be linked retroactively.
  • Refresh Billing → Affiliate after they finish registration.

Symptom: No commission for a referred user’s order.

  • Commission is recorded after the order is paid and verified (invoice status success on Billing → Invoice).
  • Some plan types or free orders may not earn commission — rates are set per plan by Kirisan.

Symptom: Submit request fails or amount is rejected.

  • Enter a positive whole number not greater than Available.
  • Check that no other pending withdrawal already uses that balance.
