Troubleshoot

Connection
Linking WhatsApp devices, connecting WABA numbers with Meta, copying API tokens, and fixing QR or pairing code failures.
Common problems:
- WhatsApp QR won’t scan or times out → Connect a disconnected device
- Device list is empty after adding a token → Check your account token first
- WABA Connect with Meta does nothing or shows no WABA ID → Connect a WABA number
- Lost API token after connecting → Copy a device API token
Sending messages
Messages not delivering, quota exhausted, expired plans, wrong token, and send statistics discrepancies.
Common problems:
- Device is connected but sends fail → Device connected but sends fail
- Send count in Statistics looks wrong → Send statistics look wrong
- Campaign stops partway through → Bulk or campaign sends stop partway through
Receiving messages
Inbound messages not in inbox, wrong handler routing, autoreply not firing, and read statistics.
Common problems:
- Messages not appearing in inbox → Inbound messages not appearing in inbox
- Telegram bot not receiving → Telegram bot not receiving messages
- Read count always 0 → Read count is always 0 in Statistics
Webhooks
Setting up endpoints, activating with a test, reading delivery logs, and fixing failed deliveries.
Common problems:
- Endpoint stays Pending test → Activate with a test
- Live messages never arrive after test succeeds → Fix — test succeeds but live messages never arrive
- Deliveries show Failed in logs → Inspect a failed delivery
- Submission event never fires → Test a submission webhook
Billing & payment
Placing orders, applying coupons, paying by bank transfer, confirming invoices, downloading receipt PDFs, and managing plan renewals vs plan changes.
Common problems:
- Target list empty when placing an order → Fix — target list is empty
- Renew without losing credits → Renew the same plan
- Upgrade to a different tier → Switch to a different plan
- Sends blocked on free tier (red Free) → Activate the free sending slot
- Credits did not stack after payment → Fix — credits did not stack
- Coupon rejected or disappeared → Apply a coupon
- Invoice still pending after bank transfer → Pay by bank transfer
- Need a receipt PDF → Download a receipt PDF
- Storage quota didn’t increase → Fix — storage quota did not increase
Affiliate
Sharing referral links, requesting commission withdrawals, and fixing account access.
Common problems:
- Page shows “Not an affiliate” → Fix — not an affiliate
- Commission or referred user missing → Fix — no commission
- Withdrawal request failing → Request a commission withdrawal
