Fix common problems

WhatsApp device list is empty

Symptom: You clicked Refresh but the table has no rows.

  1. Open Channel → WhatsApp → Token and confirm an account token is saved.
  2. If Fonnte account appears in the header, select each account one by one and click Refresh after each.
  3. Log in to Fonnte directly — if the device exists there, click Add Device in Kirisan with the same number, then Connect.

QR times out or never completes

Symptom: Modal closes after ~55 seconds; toast says linking timed out.

  1. Confirm the phone number on the row matches the SIM in the phone you are scanning with.
  2. On the phone: WhatsApp → Linked devices — remove old or unknown linked devices, then try again.
  3. Try Pairing code instead of QR.
  4. Keep the Kirisan tab in the foreground until you see Device connected successfully.

Status stays disconnect after linking

  3. Check the address bar for a popup-blocked icon and click Allow.

WABA — “WhatsApp signup did not return a WABA ID”

  1. Run Connect with Meta again and complete all steps through Finish without switching tabs.
  2. Confirm you selected a phone number (not only the business portfolio) on the Meta screen.
  3. Make sure the number is on WhatsApp Business app v2.24.17+.

WABA — lost token after connecting

Follow Copy a device API token — WABA above. The full token is always on the row.
