WABA billing
How Meta conversation fees relate to Kirisan WABA plans.

What this page is for
WABA has two separate cost layers:

Kirisan Order does not include Meta’s conversation invoice. Meta bills your WhatsApp Business Account directly according to Meta’s conversation pricing.
Kirisan WABA plans (Billing → Order)
- Open Billing → Order and select the WABA tab.
- Check the numbers you want to upgrade or renew.
- Pick a catalog plan and billing period.
- Complete checkout like any other channel line.

When a number moves from free to paid through Order, Kirisan removes it from the active free device slot automatically — the paid plan gets its own quota.
Meta conversation fees
Meta charges by conversation category (for example marketing, utility, authentication, service) and by country. Typical triggers:
- You start a business conversation with an approved template outside the 24-hour customer service window.
- Meta classifies the conversation into a billable category for that region.
Kirisan shows outbound WABA traffic in Channel → WABA → Logs and Logs → History, but does not display Meta’s conversation invoice inside the dashboard.

Free tier and active device
On the free tier, only one WABA number per account can send at a time. Each new number starts with 1,000 credits and a 30-day free window. Switch the slot on Channel → WABA → Devices with Use as active free device (star action) — at most once every 7 days. See WABA devices and Plans and quota.
