WhatsApp groups
View WhatsApp group chats joined by your devices — copy JIDs for Send and campaigns.
Open Contact → WA Groups.
What this page is for
WhatsApp Groups lists the group chats your connected WhatsApp devices have joined — not Contact → Groups, which are dashboard contact lists.
Use this page to find a group name and JID (WhatsApp group ID), then send to that chat from Send → Send with the WA Group target.

Before you start
- Add a Fonnte account API token under Channel → WhatsApp → Token.
- Connect at least one WhatsApp device under Channel → WhatsApp → Devices.
- The device must be connected and a member of the WhatsApp groups you want to see.
Page layout

When you only have one account and one device, the pickers are hidden and a short device summary appears instead.
Load and refresh groups
On first visit, Kirisan loads groups for the selected device automatically:
- It reads the cached list from Fonnte.
- If nothing is cached yet, it runs a fetch from WhatsApp, then loads the list.
Click Refresh when you need an up-to-date list — for example after your device joins a new group. Refresh always fetches from WhatsApp first, then reloads the table.
Send to a WhatsApp group
- Copy the group JID from this page (Copy JID).
- Open Send → Send.
- Enable WhatsApp only (WA Group requires WhatsApp as the sole channel).
- In step 3 (Target), choose WA Group and pick the group (or paste/use the JID depending on the Send UI).
- Compose your message and send or save as a campaign.

Tips
- If the list is empty, confirm the device is connected and has joined groups in WhatsApp, then click Refresh.
- Group names come from WhatsApp — they update when someone changes the group subject.
- JIDs are stable identifiers; copy the JID when wiring automations or the Send API.
