Supported channels

ChannelSidebar menuTypical use
WhatsAppChannel → WhatsAppBusiness messaging via connected devices (linked through Fonnte)
WhatsApp Cloud API (WABA)Channel → WABAMeta Cloud API numbers and templates
TelegramChannel → TelegramBot-based messaging
EmailChannel → EmailTransactional and bulk email

Each channel has its own connection page (Devices for WhatsApp, WABA, and Telegram; Domains and Emails for email), plus Templates (where applicable), Logs, Inbox (WhatsApp, Telegram, WABA), and Statistics as the last item under each channel menu.

Active free slot (Telegram, WABA, Email)

On the free tier, Telegram, WABA, and Email allow only one active sending target per channel at a time:

ChannelWhere to switchDocs
TelegramStar action on Channel → Telegram → DevicesTelegram devices
WABAStar action on Channel → WABA → DevicesWABA devices
EmailStar action on Channel → Email → DomainsEmail domains

Parked free devices or domains cannot send until you switch the slot. You can change the active free target at most once every 7 days. Upgrading to a paid plan on Billing → Order removes that target from the free slot.

WhatsApp uses per-device Fonnte billing instead — see WhatsApp devices.

Connect your first channel

Pick the channel that matches your audience:

  • WhatsApp — Devices, token, templates, logs, inbox, statistics
  • WABA — Cloud API devices, templates, inbox, statistics
  • Telegram — Bot devices, templates, inbox, logs, statistics
  • Email — Domains, senders, templates, logs, suppression, statistics

Each channel section in the docs sidebar mirrors Channel → channel in the dashboard, with pages for every sub-menu item (Devices, Token, Templates, and so on).

After connection, send a test from Send → Send and confirm it appears in that channel’s Logs.

Shared building blocks

Contacts, groups, variables, and files work across channels — define once under Contact → All Contacts, Contact → Groups, and Resources, then reuse in any send or autoreply rule.
