What this page is for

The Affiliate program page is for Kirisan partners who refer new customers. Copy your personal signup link, see who registered through it, review commission earned on their paid orders, and request bank withdrawals when you have available balance.

Affiliate access is enabled by Kirisan for approved partners only. If you do not see this page or see Not an affiliate, contact support.

Affiliate program — referral link and summary stats

Sample data shown.

Page areaWhat it does
Referral linkSignup URL with your code — share it so new users register with your attribution
Summary cardsReferrals, Total earned, Available balance, and Pending payout
Referred usersAccounts that signed up through your link
Request withdrawalSubmit a bank payout from available balance
Withdrawal historyPast payout requests and their status
Commission historyEach commission line from a referred user’s verified payment

Your link sends people to Kirisan registration with your code attached (for example …/register?ref=PARTNER20).

ControlWhat it does
Link fieldRead-only URL — select and copy, or use Copy
CodeShort code shown under the link for reference

New users who complete registration through this link are counted as your referrals. If they open the link but register later, attribution still applies for up to 90 days (cookie in their browser). They use the dashboard normally — there is no separate “referred user” screen for them.

Summary cards

Four cards at the top reflect your affiliate account:

CardMeaning
ReferralsHow many users signed up with your code
Total earnedAll commission credited to your account
AvailableBalance you can withdraw (earned minus pending or paid withdrawals)
Pending payoutSum of withdrawal requests still being processed

If your account is inactive, a banner appears at the top and Submit request stays disabled until Kirisan reactivates you.

Referred users

The Referred users table lists everyone attributed to your code.

ColumnMeaning
Signed upWhen the account was created
UserUsername on Kirisan
EmailRegistration email

Use pagination at the bottom when the list is long.

Commissions

Commission history shows each credit after a referred user’s order is paid and verified.

ColumnMeaning
DateWhen the commission was recorded
OrderKirisan order ID
ChannelProduct channel (WhatsApp, WABA, email, Telegram, storage)
PlanPlan code on that order line
AmountCommission in IDR for that line

Commission rates

You earn a fixed amount in IDR for each paid plan line — not a percentage of the order price. The same rates apply to WhatsApp, WABA, email, and Telegram when the plan tier matches.

PlanCommission (IDR)
LiteRp 0
RegularRp 10.000
Regular ProRp 15.000
SuperRp 25.000
AdvancedRp 40.000
MasterRp 50.000
UltraRp 50.000

You earn on recurring paid orders from referred users — every device plan order (including renewals) credits commission again. Commissions never expire. A coupon discount on their checkout does not reduce your commission.

Commissions appear after payment is verified, the same way invoices move to success on Billing → Invoice.

Withdrawals

When Available balance is at least Rp 50.000 and your account is active, use Request withdrawal.

Request withdrawal form and bank fields

Sample data shown.

FieldWhat to enter
Amount (IDR)Whole rupiah amount — at least Rp 50.000, and not more than available balance
Bank nameYour bank (for example BCA, Mandiri)
Account numberDestination account number
Account holderName on the bank account

Click Submit request. Kirisan reviews the request; status appears in Withdrawal history:

StatusMeaning
pendingSubmitted — waiting for Kirisan to process
paidTransferred to your bank
rejectedNot paid — contact support if you need details

Pending withdrawals reduce Available balance until they are paid or rejected. Commissions themselves do not expire — balance stays until you withdraw. You keep earning on every paid device plan from referred users (including renewals).
